Had a surgical procedure done, the staff was so kind and caring, from admission to check out,the surgery team gets super high praise tho, surgery can be nerve wracking, and that team made me feel so comfortable π ty PMH..

We went in at ~3:20am. My kiddo couldnβt sleep because of an ear ache which they later found to be an infection. They were all quick and very kind. Weβre from out of town and they made a really not-ideal situation bearable and in fact, very easy/straightforward.

I was told at this last minutes just before a hernia surgery that the surgeon was not comfortable with the procedure and would not be doing the surgery. So I pulled out the IV and left. Still have marker mark were I was to be cut. I will never go to PMH ever again and if an emergency came up I would deny treatment from them. I'd rather die than let anyone from that hospital put there hands on me again.

UPDATE FROM FIVE STARTS DOWN TO ONE STAR 4/22/22 My pharmacy called in a refill on Tuessday. Prosser said they did not get it. The pharmacist sent it again Wednesday, same thing. Thursday same thing. NOW IT IS FRIDAY AND THEY LET MY MEDS RUN OUT. NO REFILLS ON WEEKENDS. Yesterday I was told DR CAROLYN O'CONNOR was given the refill order and it would be taken care of YESTERDAY. She is not a good provider since she went home without looking at it and will force me to go without meds all weekend because she is TOO LAZY TO TAKE CARE OF ONE PATIENT'S NEEDS. ! am from the east coast where the best doctors practice. i need specialist care due to serious problems so i go to Prosser. i drive an hour and a half from Ellensburg to go to Prosser because there is no good care here and the staff at Prosser are highly professional and all seem to go above and beyond what is expected in most offices. they also seem to actually care about me as a patient, which is not common in Washington State. a good place.
