Every time I call the pharmacy they put me on hold without even giving me a chance to answer. Today I waited two 15 minute segments with no answer. I think I will move my business to Walgreens.

This is not my pharmacy but my sons. Everytime we go there to pick up his meds , they're extremely slow. We had a prescription called in late Wednesday night and came Friday 12:30. . It was reshelved after a day and half of being filled. They're too busy to wait on customers, have us waiting a very long time. But not too busy to reshelve when it's not even suppose to?! Not to mention the lady is extremely rude. So disappointed!

I give this pharmacy a solid 5 star!! Very helpful and when waiting for my prescription you can either wait or they will text you!! The help I had today was more than a 5 star!! Thank you Rite Aid pharmacy!! Plus the fact, I had a good time shopping around for other items while waiting!

Was with in my time to pick up medication and I have the text for it that states it and they told me I was late the put it back on the shelf and we snotty about and said come back later you were late. it must have been the pharmacist. She said she had other customers. Real poor attitude from staff. Don't know how to treat customers even when it's there fault no apologies just rude. Don't recommend this place to anyone. Looking for a new pharmacy.
