I got a pedicure here recently and I was very satisfied with my whole experience. The salon is very clean, the staff is friendly and my pedicure was really nice. I'm a former stylist (not from here). I've worked in the field for 5 years, so I know a few things. I came here to get my hair cut and bleached. My stylist cut it exactly how I asked her to. I would have preferred the look if it were done with a razor, but it looks great, otherwise. My hair was brown and faded red. I wanted blonde with shadow roots. Some of it came up pinkish-orange. I'm not mad about that at all. Red is a stubborn color, it happens. She toned it so that I would have less orange, and the pink looks pretty good. I appreciate all that, but here's why I won't go any higher than 2 stars... There's no justification for an experienced stylist to blend the blonde into the brown roots so horribly. A year ago I had taught my own mother with absolutely no experience how to feather bleach into darker hair. My mom wasn't the most thorough, but even she did a better job on my hair than what I had gotten here. I ended up with some harsh lines and stripes. It's so bad there was no way she didn't notice them, but she let me leave looking like that anyway. The only reason I didn't notice them at first is because I had my glasses off most of the time and didn't have a chance to get a closer look and run my fingers through my hair. The picture I'm including shows the most obvious section of my hair that wasn't blended properly.
