I had a wonderful experience at Moyer Nissan. Buying a car is very difficult right now. Many dealerships near me were engaged in many questionable practices (thousands over MSRP, forcing customers to pay for undesired installed options, etc.) I happily traveled a couple hours to do business with Moyer because they were the exact opposite. Moyer Nissan was a breath of fresh air. After I saw that they had the car I was interested coming in, I reached out to them and was connected to Keith. I found him to be responsive, ethical, straightforward and most importantly, honest. He quoted me a competitive price, and we finalized the entire purchase over the phone. At delivery, there were no surprises. Dave and Melissa worked with me and showed me the car, and handled the financing. Overall, they were great. Nice, honest people who understand customer service and don't play games. I highly recommend them, especially Keith and Dave.

Cannot recommend Moyer Nissan enough. I purchased a used vehicle from them and picked it up today. The shopping experience was fantastic . Dave our salesperson was outstanding . What was more impressive was when I got home I did notice a issue with the vehicle that was genuinely not seen by the dealership nor myself. I have to be honest I was extremely upset and wasn’t sure what was going to happen. I called and spoke to Ashley and sent her a photo of the issue and she immediately apologized and also reassured me that it would be taken care of since that is not something that they would send out that way . I truly believe that is the case and cannot express my pleasure how she immediately took it upon herself to tell me she will have an answer Monday on what will be done to correct the problem. Thank you to everyone at Moyer Nissan for turning what could have been a very upsetting situation into a very positive one . Please do not hesitate to purchase a new or used vehicle .
