I never write reviews, but this is the most honest and trust worthy propane company out there. I truly believe they live by the faith they advertise on their trucks. They made a simple repair on my tank when others were trying to sell me a new one. They have some of the best prices around and are always on time for delivery. I can't say enough good things about them and tell everyone I know to switch to them!

I have to admit this is unusual for SWP. But has this ever happened to anyone before? I called Mon. and scheduled a delivery. They showed up today after 430pm. then left. So I went to check the meter and to my surprise it was still below 20%. Do you think he ran out? Part 2. I’m delighted to say they came back early this morning. He said he ran out. I thanked him for coming back early on a Saturday. I guess there’s a first time for everything.

Used the self serve kiosk at Ebenezer's for the first time today. While convenient and priced well, the tank was filthy- full of gunk and someone elses grill grease. I dont want that all over my deck!!! Almost didnt want to take it. Guess i will try to scrub it myself.

We had an emergency with a damaged line at client's home. Sweetwater offered to bring out a temporary hookup on a Friday afternoon so service wouldn't be interrupted. Fortunately we were able to get the damage fixed and didn't need Sweetwater's assistance, but the offer was greatly appreciated!
