workers are awful, super disrespectful overall and have major staring and badtalking issues, great place just needs better workers especially at the register !! seems people would be a little more mature in 2022 but the workers here have an attitude problem. hoagie was mid too !!

Bad and rude customer service experience last night. I could clearly hear two of the employees making the food orders talk bad about customers not knowing the new purchasing procedures. One of them clearly said a curse word directed at me. When I confronted him, he denied it and said he was talking to his co-worker. Totally unprofessional.

Walked 20 minutes while on my lunch break to get to this wawa and told them that I can’t have dairy so please don’t put any butter on the bread. Walked 20 minutes back to my office, lunch break ends, and my lunch is inedible unless I want to get violently ill.

Engineering Philosophy

I ordered the food at 06:15 AM, and they said they are preparing the food and it wi arrive before 06:45 AM. Every few minutes they keep delaying the delivery and I had to cancel it because I have a class in few minutes. A constructive advice: if you are not willing to deliver food, then don’t press accept the order. Thanks.
