Both firearm purchases I have made here have been flawless! Every single employee is knowledgeable in many different aspects of the gun world. Buying a high quality rifle is a big choice not only which one but price as well. When I selected My Zev 10.5 " I was well taken care of even though it was a shop favorite. These guys are awesome , great stock and a huge selection of ammunition. You may pay a little bit more but you are getting the expertise and if you have ay other questions after the purchase they are right there to help ! Will be back , have found my new go to store - even if its 45 mins away !

Very disappointed by our trip to Cro-Arms. Not only does the entire store smell like a cigarette (had I known this, I would have never made a trip there), but the employees that we interacted with were not professional or personable during our visit. They made the visit feel very uncomfortable and tried to take advantage of us during a trade-in. Know the worth of your firearms before visiting Cro-Arms!

Beautiful shop and a great variety (because prices are so high that no ones buying from them) but they have the worst prices that I’ve ever seen. Trade-in value is way below par and the asking price for every single item (accessories, magazines, firearms, etc.) in the store is between 50-100% than the current fair market price. For newbies: this is a great place to do some window shopping but you would get better pricing anywhere else. Save yourself money and don’t buy at these prices. However, due to the current COVID conditions that has created a supply shortage, it’s understandable that prices have gone up but not this much! If you do NEED something very specific, they might have it in stock here but you will pay a premium for it.

Cro Arms is a very friendly environment. Staff was very helpful and patient. Very thorough and answered all questions with no hesitation. Staff is very knowledgeable on their merchandise. Never felt uncomfortable like I have in most places I went to. Talked with me the entire time while waiting for my background check to process. They make you feel comfortable almost like a family. I will continue to go back for any and all merchandise I choose to buy from now on. Prices are fair and not higher then what they should be like most places I have visited. They don't price gouge.
