I’ve been to other Planet Fitness locations in central Massachusetts but the Webster location is the best. Very clean, the AC is on when it’s hot outside, nicely maintained equipment, & friendly staff. Towel dispensers are filled and the locker room is cleaned. A+

I love going to planet fitness they have all the machines there that I need the staff is very friendly I can get my and get my massage on the hydraulic bed the only thing is sometimes they will double charge you so you need to make sure you look at your bank account otherwise I have no problems

I thought I would feel like an astronaut going to Planet Fitness. But I was almost as disappointed as when I went to Planet Hollywood. If these guys get to be planets, then so does Pluto! The gym was nice though.

Ever since covid 19 their price went up monthly and their customer service is worse, when you have to wipe down machines Before & After each use and now their closed even earlier on weekend's than 9 o'clock so what's the membership fee for, cause if your wiping down the equipment it's pointless to have employees. There are way better gyms than planet fitness, boycott.
