Well let's see where do I start. I've been bringing my son (who is on the spectrum) to this place for years and SO MUCH HAS CHANGED. In the beginning they had 30 minute sessions, which is the perfect amount of time for my him. Overtime, rules & staff changed and not for the better. Literally no compassion for people with ASD & hired kids who have NO knowledge on the rules & regulations... sad. I asked if I can pay for an hour and split it into 2 sessions. Their reply, NO. Really....Really!!! Knowing the circumstances and being a loyal customer, I thought that it wouldn't be an issue, but I guess it is an issue. Wow, management ... ignorance will lose customers. Shame on you!!

We recently had my daughter's 5th birthday here and everyone had an amazing time! It gets pretty chaotic when you have a large party but the team members at sky zone in pinebrook handled everything with ease. They were calm and helped me with with everything I needed. We will be back and highly highly recommend!

They even don’t deserve half of a star. Rude manager, host not trained no experience, the worst party we did for my kid. Did everything by my self , no body help. Wast of time and money unfortunately. Regret choosing this place.

No age limit for this. Watch out for germs and such. Especially the foam pit. Gross.

that depends in the hours your gonna be in the trampoline... they have differents prices for hours 1 hr 2 hr or 3 hr
$22 60 minute jump $27 90 minute jump $32 120 minute jump You also have to purchase sky zone socks to be able to enter. If you check groupon they usually have a better price.
I really don't have anything good to say about that business and the way they make you sign a waiver if something happens they are not responsible. Well it was an expensive jump to the surgery room 5 screws later and more than 100,000 dollars in debt. So think twice before you go. Just saying the facts and 4 months out of work.
