This place is complete waste of money. You can take this course somewhere else and learn way more than what you learn here. Jean is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in life. He will cut you off while you are talking. He even cuts his colleague named Karrie Jean off while she is talking to students. Also, When someone questions him about him being ignorant he never admits that he is wrong. Instead he starts accusing students by saying that, " you are using intimidation tactics to get diploma". He is so good at using this line. If you are one the person who going to question his ignorance then you will see what I mean. This place is terrible. Once again, do not waste your money. Also, be ready to read his ignorant response to this review because he cannot accept that he is wrong.

Excellent place to volunteer! You gain so much knowledge about networking, computers, plus so much more! I've volunteered for a few years and each course has never been the same. They improve it each time and stay up to date with what is being used in the world today. Thanks to Jacques & Karrie and all the work they put into Mattapan Tech!

I highly suggest people to take this class somewhere else. This place is a joke. Good luck dealing with Jean. His ring app notifications rings every time he is on the zoom with students. He does not even let his colleague Karrie talk when she has a point to make to the student. He has to be the most unprofessional teacher that I have ever had in life. Please save yourself from trouble and take this class at a different place. He has excuses for every student who tries to question him about the class. If you still do not believe me. Take the class and you will find out by yourself. If I knew this class was this poor I would have never wasted my money on it.

I love this small school. I attended Mattapan Tech and graduated two years ago. The training is almost free and they assisted me to get my first IT job, now I am working working as a Computer System Administrator for Partners Hospitals, I don't own any loan to repay. Highly recommended.
