Beautiful location! Cottage by the cave is such a nice spot. Thanks to the provided centranella candle, I was not bit by any bugs the whole time. Like most locations in hocking hills, there was no cell service but that is to be expected. The kitchen has plenty of cookware. The atmosphere is so cozy. Plenty of towels. I loved spending time on the wrap around deck. Staff was very friendly and kind! The cabin itself was adorable and I enjoyed my stay. The futon bed was adequate but could use an update. The hot tub was a very nice addition but the cover needs updated as peices of it would come off into the tub whenever I opened it. Besides a few minor needs for updates, I would definitely say it was a wonderful stay and at such a wonderful price. I would highly recommend for a 1 person stay ..possibly 2 person.

Love this cabin. Very affordable and close to some amazing hiking spots. Was great for just the 2 of us but I do recommend you bring an air mattress, the futon is not that great to sleep on. The kitchen had the basics (no oven) and the fridge was good for small items. Over all though it was amazing and perfect for a weekend of hiking.

We stayed in the A frame cabin, had 3 couples. It was absolutely amazing. The cabin was clean and we slept comfortably! As soon as we pulled up we could hear water trickling from the rock formation out back, and from the little creek in the front. The loft was a crowd favorite! At night we heard owls in the trees and the stars were beautiful! The hot tub was very inviting after a hike and the scenery around was beautiful, peaceful and private! We loved that that the cabin was so close to attractions like Ash cave. It was in walking distance! We will definately be returning to Tranquil Retreats. Thank you for sharing your little peice of heaven with us!
