Ligia and her team did a great job customizing my pistol slide. It turned out even better than I hoped and she’s very pleasant to work with. Additionally, their website makes it easy to upload pics and describe what you would like done. The entire transaction was done remotely/via mail and turned out great. 4-20-22 A.M. of; left message preceding day making inquiry as to a specific item , slug barrel for my 410. I was told by some heavily accented Spanish speaking lady that, I would need to bring them my firearm , and they would then do the research and charge me by the hour, to do the research to find a barrel. Would NOT give me any kind of an estimated cost but simply INSISTED on having my weapon on premises. NOT HAPPENING That is a sign and symptom of a rip off outfit. You do NOT need a persons firearm to be on your business premises to do the research and you sure as hell are not going to charge me by the hour for doing the reading. Unreliable business.

Got my gun back few days back, couldn't be happier. The work is perfectly done, all the rust and pitting is gone and my rifle looks like new. I will be sending friends and will come back myself.
