Very unsatisfied and disappointed with our service. My mother and I got pedicures here. The future technicians were very nice, but there was no one helping them or making sure they were doing a correct job. There was no filing, no massage, no cuticle removal, nothing that qualified this as a pedicure. We essentially got a glorified polish change for $20 (usually $5 at a professional salon) Teachers must do a better job at teaching their students here, they did not even check our nails after. The polish was all over our toes and did not even cover our entire nail. Again, nothing against the future techs, they were given zero direction. Very unhappy.

Went for blonde highlights and lad Louis. My friends recommended me to try Paul mitchell and I was so impressed. My hair turned out perfect and he was so professional. I will definitely be coming back!

Unsatisfied with my hair. I originally wanted to frame my face with highlights but the worker convinced me to do a halo, which was okay but I told them I had box dye in my hair so I wanted to test strip to see what it would look like. She didn’t test strip my hair she went straight to the lightening. I didn’t say anything because she had already started it and when the lightning and toning process was completely finished it looks really unbalanced, there was yellow parts, blonde parts and brown parts where she lightened it. Then she went in to tone it again and it still was yellow. When everything was finished she asked me if I was okay and I started crying because I was very upset about how it looked because it was not what she said it would look like and I asked to test strip before doing so. She moved me into another room with my hair still wet and I decided to check out but when I was checking out they made me pay full price when I was told that I was going to get a bridge of 30% off because I am a resident of the Dover Childrens home. Today I had to go to walmart and pay for more box dye to cover it. And now I have to do that ever month to maintain it.
