We got to town at about 7 PM after a long drive. We were exhausted. The employee I spoke with was very nice and helpful, but the hotel. Ugh! I’ll start with the grounds. The bushes are over grown and the lot could use some attention. The hotel needs renovations. The decorations are way outdated. The room didn’t feel clean. The carpet was sticky, the room didn’t feel clean. The bathroom was a sight! The tub either needs to be re-caulked or treated for mold. The only reason I’m still here is because I can’t afford to move to another hotel. The bed linens look clean, but who knows. I expected more out of a Hampton Inn. This will be my last choice when choosing a hotel.

My sister in law, and I stayed for a long Memorial Day weekend, and the personnel are very accommodating. The room was clean, and the breakfast bar offers choices for all diets. The coffee/tea bar is available around the clock. The only issues we experienced were most ice machines were not functioning, and the hot tub was off for two days of our visit. Disappointing yes, but things happen, and they did attempt to get everything back up on a holiday weekend. I would definitely book with this hotel again. It's located in the middle of shopping, and restaurant central. Thanks for the extra mint medley tea, ALL those towels, providing a wheelchair when needed, and all the courtesy.

Came in mid-March for one night. The room was cleaner than I thought possible. The bed was comfortable. I loved the bathtub, as well as the TV. The pool was warmer than was comfortable, and there was some dirt in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were also hard to find. I found plenty to eat at breakfast, even with my restricted diet. I walked to the mall from the hotel. Despite the pool and hot tub issues I had a great time at this hotel, and would come again!

Very comfortable, great amenities. Staff are like friends and always very willing to help. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The rooms and halls are kept nice and clean and there is always breakfast. Lots of choices in the morning. New york times papers to go with the breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling.
