Staff was super friendly and very accommodating!!! They shuttled us up the hill and had our tree ready to go home quickly. Prices were very reasonable as well. After driving for miles and visiting tree farms that had dead or dying trees, this place was full of beautiful trees to choose from!!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

We left from home thinking we had plenty of time to get there on the last day of November. “Not So Fast” as Lee would say...... We arrived at the farm at 4:47pm. They normally close at 5pm. When they are normally open. It turned out that they were opening on Dec 1st. The only employee there was the guy that was spreading gravel on the parking areas. He was wonderful!!!! We picked out the tree we wanted and he hand wrapped it with a thick twine so we could drive home with it on the roof rack of our Jetta Wagon (a real one - not the SportWagon.....). He was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. I bought my first tree from this farm 20 years ago. Sometimes we get the kind that smells like citrus. But this year we got a beautiful Frazier fir. Great place. Worth the drive.

Slaughter tree farm on Hwy 52 between Fancy Gap and Hillsville, VA TREES are great but service is fair at best. We selected our tree, it was marked on end of trunk with our initials +1 and smiley face, loaded tree on trailer, went to bailing area and waited on trailer with our tree to arrive, trailer came and unloaded trees. Our tree which was clearly marked never showed up even though others whom we recognized with trees on the same trailer with ours got their tree and left. A mysterious disappearance! Nobody could tell us what happened nor did they seem to care so we left and drove over to Sparta, NC and got a tree. Lot better organized and overall experience was so much better.
