I came in for 4 new tires and an oil change this morning. Josh helped me out and Dejan was my technician. They had me in and out very quickly seeing as I didn't have an appointment. I had no clue what tires I needed and Josh talked to me about what would be best for my vehicle, he was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. I will be returning for all future maintenance on my vehicle

Brought my truck for an inspection was in and out very pleasant staff . Josh I believe his name was worked the front was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.I would definitely be using them for any future services and would recommend to anyone.

Firestone employees broke the hatch cover on my car. They also did not fill my tires with air and I was driving with 16 PSI in a tire that needs 51 PSI. The staff were creepy and constantly stared at my girlfriend and I. Definitely would not go back.

Ordered tires online to be delivered and mounted at Firestone. They informed us that they could not install them because they are too big...they installed the last set. Truth is they are too sorry and lazy to install 35" tires. Rude response when they were reminded they installed the last set. We will never spend money there again and will make sure our friends and family don't either.
