No AC. Long lines. The cashier was just about dying from heat exhaustion. She looked miserable.

Cashier was absolute rude. We waited in line for food 10min and literally no one was behind us let alone no customers was at the register. They were pondering upon each other who is going to cash us out. Not to mention the other girl was saying she need to take her lunch. Even though she know we're the only one in line and that she could just cash us out then go lunch. Instead, she stood there waiting if one of the other girls on the other counter would come to relief her. Smh! Mind you now, it's 30 min to closing!!!! Unbelievable!

The clothes there are good but the works are slow no Offense I was in line about to get checked out like the second one in line it took like 30 min or more just to get checked out like hire more people 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I agree. No one is taught good customer service anymore. When I was working customer service I was always told when customers approach always smile and let people waiting know you will be right with them. Not the case at this Ross
