Best Dominican breakfast in the tri-state. Easily. Mangu was perfect. The fried cheese and salami were too. Nothing more to say.

No, but there is a Dominican restaurant on Forrest Ave. in Staten Island. It's near the Lowe's.
I do not think so, there is a large open space for dining with bathrooms in the back, I did not see any other room. The food is fantastic.
Mangu yes only in the morning and no delivery
Unfortunatly they stopped doing delivery a few years ago. Hopefully they incorporate it again a some point.
Only for takeout, very clean and safe
