Small and a little off the beaten track, so it's reverently quiet, yet easily accessible by a short gravel road. I enjoyed sitting out in the starlight, listening to the water gurgling over the rocks in the river, and the chirping of the crickets. Just be sure to bring your own water for cooking, drinking and washing, since it's a dry camp without water, and only vault toilets, which by the way were very clean on my one-night stay.

It is a small campground, only 9 camp sites. But it is very quiet and no person due to covid-19 and winter season. It is a nice place to have few hiking trails around. Happy new year!

Im 18 and i was able to get a campsite no problem, as for the fish, i have no clue.
Should be, theres a slightly bumpy dirt road leading to the campgrounds and a narrow road but slow and easy should be fine with the prius.
Yes, we just camped there on Wednesday. Super quite and very clean.
As in most national parks, they have to be on leash or control.
