The management is absolutely horrible. Specifically jay or whatever his name is. He is so unprofessional and let's his emotions get the best of him and doesn't know how to do his job correctly. He needs to get fired. He gives attitude where it's uneeded. In person and on phone call. Jus absolutely terrible human being in all.

While it's a good place to live, the current management is basically uncaring about fixing the things that need to be fixed in the apartments. This attitude has only been since the new manager took over. The previous management either moved on to a better job, or couldn't work there after losing her husband and the last one has health issues.. The apartments are up for sale right now.

This is the LAST place you want to live as since it has been bought and is almost done with renovation there have been numerous problems There's been multiple thefts here as management unlocks your doors so the renovation workers can get in and does not lock them up at the end of the day. My daughter's place was ranbsacked and things stolen due to this. Management doesn't care about it!!! You have to wait forever to get things fixed. One of my neighbors has had her heater not working for over a week now and Elsa in the office told her that they were not going to fix it right away. Now to answer your and there's buses that pick up on both sides of the complex and the laundry costs $1.75. to wash and $1.50 to dry
One side is on Benton dr and other side is on Delta. They also allow service dogs here as well as long as you got proof
Yes they have one bedrooms and yes their is a waiting list and I don't know how long the wait is you have to call heritage plaza for more details
