Very nice place to go for some “lead therapy”. Please respect this range. It is very disappointing to see where others have shot up the trash cans and the awnings. Also, This range is not considered FREE. You are expected to “pay what you can”. If one can afford the firearms and ammunition then one can afford to support this range with some cash donations each time. Also, clean up after yourselves. Looks like a bunch of slobs that “just don’t care” come here. Leave it like no one’s been there. I make it a point to pick up a little trash even if it wasn’t mine every time i come here.

Range is pretty nice. Someone needs to update this page to say closed Jan 1- May 1st. It really sucks for people that drive a decent distance to find out it closed. Not exactly sure why either though they someone said fire season but that doesn’t really make since this time of year.

We really liked this range. You have a little more freedom of movement without square little boxes to squeeze into. You’ve got a longer distance to shoot, and you have a pistol range. There were a number of people there when we showed up, but very polite and careful.

Free! Well it is run and up kept by donation. So if you go please everyone help and drop a few dollars in the metal cylinder at the rifle range. The ranges are cleaned of brass daily by a very nice couple who live behind the range, and that do this for free... They do not get paid! But they clean and help maintain this range for all of us. They do have a bathroom, but pack some tp just in case and if you plan on staying long maybe a lunch. Very nice range for what you pay for. The donations go to update and up keep, like replacement of the roof that keeps getting holes in it, carpet over the wooden table tops, and clearing the bees nest out.
