The Merrimack Campers Inn staff did an excellent job helping my wife and I get into our first travel trailer, a Grand Design Imagine XLS 23LDE. Our sales person Bernie was extremely helpful walking us “newbies” through class A, class C, and travel trailer options, pros and cons, then guiding us through selecting the perfect couples trailer. On delivery day Cliff provided a great overview and orientation of the trailer systems, with lots of great lessons learned. During my multiple visits the entire staff made me feel welcome, and were all eager to answer any questions. It is unusual these days to have such a pleasant, low stress experience while making such a large, complex purchase.

Typical Manufacturer punch list issues when buying anything new these days. I'm leaving this review for the way it was handled by Campers Inn Merrimack. I could not have been handled better. Props especially for Lisa in Service. Her communication was perfect. I was actually treated like a valued customer. I was shown empathy, courtesy, professionalism the whole way. Well done Lisa.

We worked with Toby to order the exact trailer we wanted. He took the time to show us many different trailers so we could see the different options in person. He went out of his way to dig several trailers out of 6” of snow so we could look at them. We feel confident that we ordered the right trailer thanks to Toby. He even has the manufacturer on speed dial in case there is something he doesn’t know.
