I wanted to do business with Georgetown as a supporter of local businesses, spoke with Donna she was going to order tile for me 6 weeks ago when I was in the store. My wife called 2x for an update, no return calls,(Went on vacation) just stopped by in person only to be told they couldn't help me with the tile we selected. Fully understand the supply issues - it is the lack of communication that earned the 1star rating.

Fantastic community owned building supply. They try and carry some of everything. Painting, landscaping, hardware, tools, bulk material, and so much more. Staff is always super nice and more than happy to help if needed. Way better than the big box stores.

Great place for the little guy. Can get any amount of material for any size project. Got shortchanged on a little sand one time and they were more than willing to make up for it without any questions
