Rosemary fries were great. However, the burgers were disappointing. Although the textures were good, there was no seasoning/salt/sauce. Any burger in the menu tastes like any other, and they’re all bland. The Gypsy burger tasted like it was cooked beside BBQ sauce but they forgot to put any on. If La Croix made a burger, that’s what it would taste like. The Houdini was the same. Overall, not worth the money.

Sat for well over 2 minutes and no food delivered. Went to check and it was sitting in the counter because they dropped the shake, and then forgot about the order. Fries and burger was cold, I reported it to them and they shrugged me off. Still no replacement shake. 10 minutes later the shake arrives, not a shake but a thick sweet milky drink, no where near frozen. Overheard another customer complain the soda fountain had no carbonation, their response was, oh yeah, someone was supposed to mention that when you ordered. And finally, the bathroom smelled like mold, had to breath shallow so I could wash my hands. Someone should close this one!

Minus two stars for the $9.00 salad that was smaller than my fist. Minus one star for the shoulder shrug and not doing anything about it when we brought it up to the staff. And, should probably drop another star for them asking for a minimum 15% tip when they expect you to bus your own table (and apparently clean it to - supplies provided)! #profitbeforecustomers!

I wanted to come here a second time before making a decision, because the first time I had it to go and the food was a bit cold and not very good. Came here with my wife, somehow the Buffalo fries were even colder than the first time. Apart from that, the burgers taste good, but they're pretty small. They feel about as filling as in and out, but cost $9-$11 a pop. The Mac and cheese is pretty bland, I had to toss it in the Buffalo and blue cheese to give it any flavor. Overall, feels pretty overhyped.

Questions & Answers

Hello, We were visiting your location in Provo with our family and loved your whoopie pies. Our son just entered the MTC and will be there for his birthday. We would love to send him some whoopie pies for his birthday, is that something you would do?

You should call them.

No...but they might be able to provide a set menu and deliver to a venue that can locally.

Is nutrition information available for your menu?

Unfortunately, I can't find nutrition information published anywhere. Last time I went their menu didn't even have allergy warnings for milk, nuts, etc. Which led to someone having a bad allergic reaction. Of course, calories aren't everything, but at the very least restaurants should tell you what's in their food.
