Loved my experience with Big O Tires! Mitch was the best! I had to get my tires replaced and he helped make it a seamless process. I not only got my tires at a good price, but I learned a lot about what to look for in my tires as well. Super friendly staff and I highly recommend it! Will definitely be going back!

HONEST AND GREAT! Customer service was impeccable, especially my interactions with Mitch. He was super respectful and kind, I really felt like he was advocating for me. Brought my car in for a grinding sound and got a total break replacement on one axle, but when the sound remained I brought it back and they fixed my front wheel bearing and worked out a great deal! I got to see the parts taken out of my car, the issues were explained when I needed, they were completely transparent. Will be taking all future business to them from now on. Also their oil changes were about 20$ less than jiffy lube for synthetic oil!

Very nice people helped both me and my daughter with brakes. Very honest I didn't need brakes my daughter did which we knew. They ended up giving her a discount and did a really good job and it didn't take to long about an hour. Mitchell was the guy who helped us and was so nice, welcoming and answered all our questions. He is differently a keeper for the store. I will tell my friends and family to go to you guys for sure!! Thanks so much!

Cody, Steve and their crew at Big O, provide top notch customer service. I commute to Provo for work. I went out to my car this morning to run a work errand and discovered my tire was flat. At first glance I could see a large bolt/piece of metal in it. I contacted them and they had someone out to help me within 30 minutes. Within the hour their shop contacted me to let me know that the hole was to large to patch. They hooked me up with a new tire at a very reasonable price and had it on my car in under 2 hours (their shop is at least 15 minutes away). I never had to hassle with leaving work, catching a ride back to my office while they worked on my car, or make it home on my spare.
