Awesome selection of stuff for such a small town store. You can go between stores before checking out which makes things very easy. We are lucky to have a store like this in our community. It's always busy but customer service is great.

It’s one of those places where you feel like you’re interrupting someone’s private party. The service is tolerable but not enough to justify the vibe. The cashiers are busy talking with each other to notice anything, much less if you have a question. I couldn’t wait to leave. I recommend going elsewhere if you can. Update: This place is getting better. There are two buildings, one with the grumpy folks and one with the "Helpful Hardware Folks". I figured out that the front entrance on Mount Shasta Blvd is the one. So I upped the rating from 1 to 3 stars
