Tried to bring VW for DSG repair. I was told on the phone that they would likely need to replace control arms too (a suspension component, not related to transmission at all) When I explained that I also work on my car and don’t understand why my suspension is connected to a transmission fault, the guy went into a big long explanation about how they will only work with me if I take my car to them for everything, and they want a “relationship” with their clients and do all their maintenance. Translation: this place targets people with nice cars and tries to convince them to get a bunch of maintenance they don’t need. If you know anything about your car then go somewhere else. If you like paying for stuff you don’t need then this is the place for you!

Great team that communicates very well with you. They keep you informed every step of the way and provide options in the repair process. It's great to know what must be done and what can wait a little to be repaired. You'll think you had the manufacture repairing your car with the level of service they provide. You won't find a better service team to work with.

First time customer review: I must say, Reflex Tuning has nicest employees you’ll ever meet. And of course they’re very knowledgeable when it comes to VW / Audi. I Took my S3 in for DSG and Haldex service, if I’m being honest they did try upsell SIGNIFICANTLY and hit me with a $8500 bill. I explained that I only wanted the services that I came for and that knocked $7k off the bill. They are VERY thorough and do top quality work so expect to pay slightly more then other shops offering the same services. But all said and done, I personally would return here with my car, but I wouldn’t send my grandma here alone to get her car worked on. I appreciate the quality work and you guys taking great care of my car while I was away.

My GTI was due for some TLC, and quite honestly a bit overdue as I was seeking knowledgeable, high quality, no-nonsense care. When you need something done, you want it done well and right. I’m so grateful to have found Reflex Tuning and have no doubt you will be too. It is THE place for your VW/Audi needs. Their honesty and transparency along with their extensive knowledge and skill made it easy for me to relax into trust and they did not disappoint. Such a great team-from the initial scheduling call, to the appointment date/eval and throughout the repair/maintenance time, Reflex remained highly informative and thorough. They offer a comprehensive status of your vehicle’s current and future needs complete with an array of pictures, so you can make well-informed decisions together and stay proactive with any upcoming requirements. It was really remarkable. Pricing is reflective of quality and very competitive, and they are happy to answer any questions/concerns you may have. Thank you sincerely to everyone-Heather, Damien and all you skilled techs-you guys rock! Keep it up

Reflex Tuning | Aug 22, 2019

We sure do fix Audi and Volkswagen brakes. We will replace the brake pads and brake rotors. We take extra care in inspecting the brake calipers, cleaning and lubricating the brake caliper sliders. This will prevent squeaking and ensure even brake wear overtime. We also have all the correct tooling and technology to service all new Audi and VW vehicles that have an electronic parking brake. Some indications of worn brakes may be: - Brake squeaking when applying the brakes - Vibration when braking is an indication of warped rotors - Soft brake pedal - Brake pad warning indicator During our multi-point vehicle inspections we will not only check your brakes for free, we also will inspection all suspension components, fluids, drive train, and engine related items.
