Lamplighter trailer park kind of sucks, it's hard to find trailer numbers, way to many speed bumps, was built with not many places in walking distance, doesn't have an entrance to the ball park from it which it should.

Worst place I ever lived. We lived here 3 years and kept a nice yard. When the lot rents raised to 425 we sold and got out. The old management had their issues like always looking for what's wrong instead of what's right. From what I've seen the new management has destroyed this place. All the lovely shade trees are gone yards are so run down Rents for the lots are so overpriced. It's not worth it to live in such a dumpy neighborhood.

If anyone is wanting to buy here stay away. Management changed. There doing "good" changes but not for us but for them. there going start billing everyone for water when other mobile home parks you don’t it come included with the lot. Owner/management decided it was a good idea to put water meters on each mobile home but they have turn off the water from 8AM-2PM for 3weeks. Plus rent is super high I bet it will rise again this year ($428)

Just sold a nice place there after having it listed for months. Management is the worst and prevented several sales because we didn't list it "with her!" She told our realtor that she " didn't have to be her friend and if we wanted to sale we should have listed it with her". We were told by several prospective buyers that all said they would not deal with her! Honestly, our neighbors were nice. Clean and friendly but there is limited parking and some of the others had questionable on goings. It was interesting to say the least.
