Had a great experience with this dealership. They knew I was looking for a 2022 Suzuki GSXS 1000 and said they would notify me when they had one in the colors I wanted. Ed did exactly that and then Dan immediately put a dibs tag on it after my deposit. Thanks gents! Dan was prompt on all questions I had and a great help leading up to me taking delivery which was quick and painless. David helped me load her up in the back of my truck and made sure it was secure, thanks Dave! Will look to you guys for future bikes if I am still in the area.

Original Review: Tremendously disappointing. They've essentially stolen money from me. I bought a theft plan with a bike, that was supposed to be refunded when I sold the bike. I sold the bike in June, informed the dealership and STILL 10 months later haven't received my money yet despite checking in with the dealership persistently and having been told several times that the check would be a week away. Truly reprehensible behavior and I'll have to take them to small claims court if my issue isn't resolved promptly. // Update: After 10 months of waiting for a refund check on a warranty security plan for a bike I'd sold, I finally had a conversation with someone who would resolve my problem. They told me that the third party who sold the plan wasn't honoring the letter of the contract and that's why I hadn't received my money yet. When I bought the plan at the dealership with my bike I explicitly asked what would happen when I sold it and was told I get a pro-rated refund. Apparently the third party wasn't honoring the deal with the dealership, so their arrangement has been severed. I shudder to think how long I would have been waiting had my bike actually gotten stolen and I needed the money more urgently. Naults paid me a fair refund for facilitating this fraudulent company and the issue is now settled. That being said, if the third party company has been saying they wouldn't pay out, why wasn't I informed about this immediately? It took them 10 months, a Google review and a deadline that would have escalated to a courtroom to be transparent. They were clearly waiting for me to forget about the situation instead of owning up to it. This all should have been resolved by August 2021 maximum (I filed in June 2021) had they been transparent about the issues instead of waiting until April 2022. While the issue has been resolved, the sheer carelessness has left a bad taste in my mouth, and it's extremely irresponsible/subpar service for a company operating in the modern world.

I doubt it. Dennis kirk would be your best bet.
I bought a new quad at Naults this year and had to visit several times. I can't speak for the people working in the back, but employees in contact with customers all wore masks. You could probably do almost the entire transaction outside if you wanted to, I'm sure they would be accommodating
I do all my maintenance work. They have done only recall work and warranty repairs. Bike is 2005 GL1800 with 309800 miles. I go there for State Inspection For the Wing and an ST1100.
They do do it but you should probably pick a better place for that specific job
At our Windham location we sell Kawasaki parts as we are a Kawasaki dealer in windham, not Manchester. If you have any other questions feel free to ask! Thanks!
Depends on what parts you need for the pull start. If it's the rope, they'll have it in stock. As well as some other parts. If not, go to Turf Depot AKA Stills Power Equipment in Manchester.
The current going labor rate is around 90$ per hour. There's no set amount of time to do diagnostic tests. Most places won't rip you off because they depend on return customers. Good luck.
