They even offered to swap the tin out on two bikes to get me the colors/style I wanted. 3 days later, they delivered the custom bike right to my house. I bought my bike a little over a week ago . I showed up not really sure as to what I wanted, and was quickly greeted by one of their sales associate named Barry. He was very laid back, not pushy, and he felt more like a friend than someone trying to sell me a bike. He walked around with me and explained the pros and con's of each bike and helped me really get a good understanding of each model. Over the next few hours, Barry and I took bike after bike on a test drive around the area, really helping me to get a feel for what bike was best for me. After I decided I wanted the Iron 1200, Barry and the rest of the sales team helped knock the price down to my budget. The entire process was very professional, and I want to thank the entire sales staff at Manchester Harley- Davidson!
