I did not get the customer service experience I was expecting. I ordered a Bluetooth online, first it said Route 22 Union had it, then when I was placing the order it said I had to order it on a different Best Buy, so I started over, now it said Vauxhall Best Buy had one. I placed the order and paid for it. When I got to the store the first kid was extremely nice and tried to help me, but he was limited within his role to replace the model I was supposed to get with a better one, $8 dollars difference. 5 people were involved, and perhaps the least helpful one was the last one who said, you have to buy this one and we will return the money of the other one between two or three business days. It was their fault, and they didn't even allow me to pay the difference. His excuse was, "maybe we sold the one you ordered before you placed the order" that was extremely odd and somehow a little disrespectful. Managers can do way better. Not the best customer service, two stars for the only two employees who genuinely tried to help me.

We walked in and waited for 15 minutes, then asked for help because know one came to the section. WAITED ANOTHER 15, still no help, but associates were in small groups talking and laughing around the store. We left and purchased the smart watch at Verizon instead! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at this particular Best Buy. Definitely won't patronize them anymore..

We walked in from another best buy to buy a phone with 20 minutes to spare before closing. Initially they told us it's too late to help us bc the time frame and wanting to offer the full customer experience but we only needed the phone we already had the service and everything backed up already. Got the manager and he was nice enough to have one of the guys help with our purchase and he was done right at 7p lol. The service offered was still very nice. They were great!

Missing a lot of inventory. They are short on staff and barely any items. Computer, appliance and TVs are about the only full sections. Even missing someone to do phones. Sad compared to what they did in the past.

Different departments seem to have different people with different smarts. Like any store these days, you see what you get and if you don't like it, move on somewhere else

Yes they do. Do some research before hand, some best buys don't have a great selection, my opinion is if your near the union store , go there, they usually have large stock compares to other bestbuys in the area
