Customer service needs to be improved! Just about every time I come to this location, the Staples Representatives at the print and marketing area have an attitude and act as if customers are bothering them. Also beware, that printing prices at the machine are 20 cents and 70 cents if a representative prints it for you which is ridiculous. The library is a great alternative for printing.

Absolutely no one and I mean no one knows what they are doing. Wasted 45 mins trying to print an item. Ended up leaving without the item and my card being accidentally charged twice. There’s other great locations.(do yourself a favor).

Very organized store. Denzel was excellent at customer service and quick assistance . Clem was also great two days later when I came in for a return . Kudos to them !
