I honestly don't understand what the deal was or is at this location. I have NEVER had to wait 3 hours for a trailer washout. I have been driving for over ten years and this is the first time this has ever happened. Blue beacon is normally quick and efficient. They made me 2 hours late for my pick up that was only 3 miles down the road. I am not sure if this is normal for Tolleson, but they either need better help or another truck wash... wow...

I got to give Blue Beacon a five star. I was a team lead at target in 2003 +(Customer Service)At this company they are all about customer service .However the Phoenix Arizona Blue Beacon needs a second location … lol….the wait time can be quite long better get there early

We LOVE Blue Beacon Truck Washs'. Always friendly staff that listens to our requests and concerns. Our equipment isn't like most heavy trucks and trailers, there are areas that must be avoided and a little more details in other areas! Blue Beacon is Nationwide and we can't pass one up, they are just THAT GOOD!!!

These guys are very poor quality work done to my truck detailing a bobtail truck is the easiest and after waiting 2,5 hours of lane there I’m very disappointed here is the pictures of the truck they think they washed but left all the dirt on there won’t come back here again!!!!these pictures are taken 3 min after I left the place all they worry is move on to the next truck that’s it

I spent a little more than you sir;I got the entire package done,and love the outstanding job,that everyone did. My truck and trailer was full of salt,clay dirt,and everything that weather threw on it. Yes,I can see a little bit of clay dirt after the staff was done,however I'm not complaining. To the entire staff at Blue Beacon in Tolleson,Arizona. Thank You for an outstanding job. I will see you again,very soon.
I'm not sure what the height of their bays are i'd call them or park on the street and go I n and ask before pulling in, once your in a blue beacon there's no way out except thru the wash bay.
