I've been here about 9 months now. Move in was smooth. The front office lady Cruz has been very easy to communicate with -- I had a small pest issue that was addressed when they said they would and have had no issues since. Jesus, the maintenance man is respectful, punctual and helpful. I had my A/C dripping water and he was here within 2 hours of me putting in the ticket. I got incredibly lucky with very quiet neighbors so unfortunately I cannot speak on everyone that lives here. Overall of all the places I have lived in Phoenix, Sundancer has definitely been the easiest to work with.

Moved to Sundancer Apartments in April and Nicole has been AMAZING since day one! She is ALWAYS super helpful and friendly! I really like the complex it is very quiet, clean and the unit is very comfortable! Jesus who is the Maintenance guy is also GREAT, he is very respectful and is always ready to fix any issues. The only problem I've experienced here was parking space, others kept parking in my assigned parking space until I finally emailed Nicole and she took care of it right away! Since then everything has been great!

Just recently moved out after a year lease. Very beautiful place. Much MUCH better once Nicole took over she has made great changes to the property. Landscaping and making sure the over all environment is safe and kid friendly. I can not remember his name but the Maintenance Man is amazing as well . Always greeted us with a smile and conversation . Great place to live and i highly recommend !!! (NO BUGS). Also, they respond quickly when there is any kind of issue that us as tenants felt needed to be addressed. :) :) :) .

The property is always well kept, the new manager ,Nicole is very pro-active. I have noticed maintenance cleaning all the globes throughout the property so that the lights shine brighter as well as all trash is cleaned up daily. i would definitely recommend this community as a great place to call home.
