I would give a lower review of zero I could. Extremely rude and ignorant when I called and asked about a bill. Rude and threatening. Hung up on them twice so far. Totally unprofessional. Question if they are even legit.

This company has been leaving robo-voicemails since I got my phone number in 2014. Every time they call it’s asking for someone else. I have no outstanding debt on my credit to collect and no affiliation with the person they’re calling about. Call back numbers do not work and each call comes up under no caller ID, so it’s impossible to block the harassment. Their near-decade of harassment towards me has gotten to the point where I now filter ALL incoming calls I receive and send them straight to voicemail unless I recognize the person calling. Avoid this company.

I understand they’re a collection agency. I understand the rudeness when they call to collect money, but I called to GIVE them my money and they’re still incredibly rude. Cool, never mind you get nothing. Goodbye lol.

I've had the unfortunate situation of dealing with this company a few times over medical billing issues. They have always been easy to deal with, have sent back issues when there were problems, call back promptly, and never called unless I call them even though they have my cell. Nothing has ever hit my credit report. They are easier to deal with than the billing depts to be honest. I pay my bills, and usually if stuff makes it to them it's due to issues at the billing department anyways, so that may be why.
