Three times I tried to get my passport done. One I was told I need an appointment. 2 time I got in, I need birth certificate. 3rd time, it's not original! Why are you doing this to me?! What's next, you need my blood? My first born? A secret handshake? Some sacrifice to some deity? When are you going to let me have my passport?! Never?!

I’m simply trying to contact a human being to find out how much my stamp is worth so I can mail out an envelope. The automated phone service won’t give me that option and the other options are sending me to a dead end. I have hung up and called back pressing different options at least 4 times and I am starting to boil. Thanks for the horrible customer care service! I just had a simple question. Your AI is beyond frustrating!

I had a package delivered to a PO box at this facility in mid-December and received a tracking notification 2 weeks later informing me that I needed to schedule a redelivery. I didn't reschedule in time and was told via USPS Tracking that I had to come pick it up. Well, I live roughly 1,200 miles away so there was no way I was coming to pick it up. I called the Capital Post Office (had to find their direct line on Yelp) and spoke with Natalie. She was wonderful as she reviewed my tracking number, and went to look for the package. While it wasn't there, she assured me the PO Box gets picked up regularly and that my package was likely picked up but keyed into the system correctly. Fingers crossed it gets delivered soon.
