Bought a pair of scrub pants from here and they were too big. When I went to return them, the guy working was unwilling to return them. Said he could just order the next size down. So I hesitated but agreed, I needed work pants. Told me he had an order coming in on Tuesday with the size I was looking for. He would set them aside for me if I did an exchange. The hours of the facility are not conducive to my work schedule so I had my mom go in the following Wednesday. He told her “it hasn’t even been a week yet and it’s not in”. When in fact it had been 8 days. I got the text message that day at 4:35 that my order was in. They close at 4:30 and my mother was in the store around 3 o’clock. Didn’t even bother to look while she was there and gave her only attitude. I was able to pick them up the following week. Today we went back in because the new size was still too big. So I just wanted to return them. I told him I didn’t have time to shop today so I just wanted to do a quick return and eventually be back. It was very apparent he didn’t like that because his response was “so what do you want to do” after I already said I would like to return them. He tried to tell me that it has to go on a gift card because I purchased with a gift card. I explained that I have never had a gift card and showed him the original receipt says cash and the exchange receipt is says gift card. He says ok. I brought my mom in with me since both of us have had negative experiences with this man. He was doing something with his computer for a couple minutes then turns around and says well I can only give you a gift card because the return policy is 30 days and it’s been that. I was not happy, doing a return shouldn’t be this difficult. The text message from the store that the pants were in was 28 days ago. (I picked them up a week later, besides the point but I’ve physically have had them in my possession less than a month.) I said “this is unbelievable” his response to me was “are you having a bad day”! How rude! I said no thanks I’m not. When I tried to explain to him the situation his response was “I’m sorry you waited longer than 30 days to return this” I turn around to my mom and said “this is f***ing ridiculous”. Granted I probably should not have sworn. I went and grabbed a different pair of pants and said I did not want a gift card because I will not be back here. His response was to slam things on the counter and raise his voice at me telling my I was cursing him out and I could leave the store. I told him I did not swear at him I was talking to my mom. And I’m very displeased because.. and he yells again “I don’t want to hear it!” Like I’m sorry but this way of talking to customers is inappropriate and unacceptable. I asked if I could have my things back or if he was going to finish checking me out. He said he was going to finish and gave me back the difference in cost in cash... I don’t understand how he was this hard up to loose a $30 sale when I told him originally I would be back when I have more time to shop. Needless to say I will never go back there again.

I have been going to the shop for a long time ?10 years. I have received help with my lab coats for my business for the my husband and my son often . They both have of specifications on what they like, long or shot, heavy or lightweight, and of course pockets the more the better.
