Everytime I call I'm on hold at least 20-45 mins and get a rude receptionist everytime! It makes me not even want to go here if I didnt like my dr so much I would NOT return

Appointments are scheduled weeks in advance, which is manageable. But after waiting weeks for an appointment regarding health issues that are somewhat critical, my PCP has called out and my appointment needs to be rescheduled. I don’t know if I’m just unlucky but this is the second time in a row that my appointment has been pushed due to a call out from this physician.

I have only been going here since July .During that time my appointments and scripts have been messed up 4 times . I still to this day have not seen a counselor because they are constantly rescheduling or putting me in the schedule for the wrong doctor. No matter what time of day it is when you call they don't answer the phone. They have an answering service that has no answers to anything all they can do is take a message and have the office call you back. Good luck getting a call back. The ladies at the front desk.......no clue always confused .one of the ladies at the front desk I believe wakes up on the wrong side of the bed every day or she hates everybody one or the other. I loved the doctor's that I saw but their office and front desk are rude and clueless .
