So this place is absolutely beautiful. Amazing view and completely charming rooms. The bathroom looked to be recently remodeled and it was stunning. The shower was awesome with great flow and pressure. The morning breakfast treat(muffins and crumb cake) were perfect I can't say enough. Highly recommend this stop while in Kennebunkport!. Only two small complaints. The young man who was so kind enough to escort us to our door never even offered to help unload our luggage. Maid service was late in the day and did not replinsh the body wash. I know it's not picky but just being honest. It would not stop me from booking again but I am always told that owners want to hear honest feed back. Oh yeah we arrived early and the check in lady said she would call us when the room was ready. She never did we just ended up coming back after check in time. Oh well it's a lovely place that I highly recommend! The complaints are just minor details that had no effect on our experience! Great place!

If you are seeking a quiet, comfortable, clean place to stay a night this is a great little motel. Each room has it's own little patio with a beautiful view of the marina, big comfortable bed, modern bathroom with high shower head and good water pressure, personal Keurig and mini fridge. USB outlets and a smart TV are great but unfortunately, wifi is not great, and the morning pastry hung on the door is kind of tacky. which are the only things that brought the score down in my opinion. Overall nice place to stay a night.

This hotel has been renovated and it is so lovely. It's on the water and has a lovely vibe to it. I could come back here every weekend to enjoy the Maine atmosphere and the wonderful staff. The rooms are so cute and large. The bathroom is clean and new as can be. Shuttles take you to their other resorts. All the amenities you will need as provided. Also, sliding doors lead to your own little backyard facing the sunsets. It is very different from a hotel but worth the experience. Thank you for a great few days.
