Website says you accept cash OR debit card yet I was told at the window you don't accept debit to which I had to use your ATM machine that had a fee of course and I'll get another fee from my bank for not using their ATM so thank you for that! Also great customer service *cough cough* not really! Get it together.. Express window employee Meranda G was rude, smirky and impatient. One of the reason I won't be coming back

Every time I come to this location is always the same guy that helps me, he always has an attitude with me and he displays it all over his face and his body language. If the deals weren't good I wouldn't be coming here anymore, I don't appreciate the attitude from people these days.

Customer service is great but sometimes can be fake and stop trying to hold the good stuff for yourself and employees let medical patients actually get top-notch medical marijuana and not over dry nonsense Arizona should really take note to Colorado and Washington quarters of high grade high-quality medical marijuana for just $40 and not the stuff that’s been on the shelf that’s drying out. Stop bow guarding the good stuff and you guys should really make it a rule that your employees cannot purchase from you guys

This place is pretty rad for where it is. In fact the area around it is so off putting, you’ll need to keep an open mind based on it’s location! The inside is very nice and the set up is modern and sleek. I will say the only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is because as a non smoker, I wanted to ask questions about what would be good to try. I work with many families in the Special needs community and I wasn’t taken as priority over the friend that was there get something recreationally. However, I would’ve definitely been been easily swayed to purchase something. I understand the churn and burn style of business, but for new folks or beginners there isn’t much of a “concierge” system. What completely turned around the experience for me (in a fantastic way) was the bud tender Billy. This guy is incredible. Very personable and a wealth of information. I will go back because of this guy. Pros: -Modern design, and easy check in service. Great selection, great deals and a cool experience overall Cons: -You check in on one side of the building and wait until you’re called, and then are walked outside to a different part of the building. Logistics just don’t really make sense. -some guy that is one of the budtenders was completely off putting from our walk in experience. Thank goodness for Billy and the check in employees.
