The gym is great, very clean and a wide variety of machines. It receives 5 stars. 2 stars are deducted for Redwood Personal Training. Beware...stay away!! As part of the contract they offer personal training sessions, health-weigh ins, and personalized weekly workout sheets. I've been with them for 5 months, and have had 4 trainers because everyone quits. I've had 0 health check-ins and only 3 workout cards. They continue to bill me and are not allowing me to cancel, despite not providing the promised service. Management only cares about meeting sales quotas, and not actual training. ALSO BE CAREFUL... there is an automated renewal clause in the contract fine print that they don't mention, remove if it you're not comfortable before signing. They've had 7 trainers leave, and I saw a manager last only 1.5 weeks after seeing the disfunction. STAY AWAY!

Joined the gym to better myself and soon after, got a call from Milan. He really showed me how easy it can be to do simple changes to my diet and made me a kickass workout plan. I sweat a lot and eat a lot better now. It’s not easy to change your life overnight, but if you have the right support system like Milan you can you definitely achieve anything.

I joined WOW! Canton a few months ago and won a few, free personal trading sessions for my Birthday. I was so pleased with Marc and Eddy’s service and advice that I decided to continue with them as my personal trainers for the next months . Can’t wait for my upcoming sessions!

From the moment I first toured this awesome gym, at the invitation of my friend who is a member there, I was greeted by friendly, professional and very helpful personnel. The gym is clean, a MUST for these Pandemic-saturated times, and there is ample space and equipment so that people may socially distance safely. I was called by Milan, a very friendly and welcoming and supportive manager, who answered all of my questions and pumped me up with his contagious enthusiasm! I think I have found my forever gym! ❤️🤗
