I was treated like family once again on my most recent visit to Sullivan Tire and Auto service, Marlborough. My truck was running with 1/2 power, brought it in to Mr.Leland in Marlborough. He told me he would do his best but was short staffed. Working with limited staff , he was able to diagnose my issues and have them all taken care of in one day. Incredible service for this hard working man is exactly what I deserve and what I get at Sullivan tire every time. Big thank you to Manager Mike Leland and his three musketeer, dedicated crew. Great service and very friendly people! Was driving from out of State in business and had a tire blow out. The staff was very helpful and took care and got me back on the road fast! Really appreciative of their customer service, definitely recommend!

Yes, generally appointments are preferred, unless it is for something like a state inspection.
Yes , it might be in the back if you don't find it in the front. But they did tell me that they had a key drop
