We have used Veteran’s Moving Service twice now because we loved the job they did the first time around. They are flexible and do great work. The prices are fair, especially considering they continue to move throughout the day in the heat without complaint. Both of our moves involved 3 flights of stairs, which comes with a well deserved fee for the movers, and they still completed our move in 2.5 hours. I will always recommend this business to friends and family and seek them out for future moves. Thanks team! We are so grateful for your help as always!

This business was responsive and was able to make a prompt booking for the next day after I called. They accept many forms of payment which is convenient. I forewarn customers to ensure you have mutual clarity of the performed start and end time for the provided services. When my service was completed I was charged for 2.5 hours plus tip despite the performance being just a few minutes over 2 hours by my watch. Without rebuttal I paid what was requested as a form of generosity. I don't know whether it was a genuine miscalculation by the owner Tony or if customers are charged for an additional whole half-hour if the time exceeds just by a second. An automatic tip was included in the charge. My advice to customers is to avoid potential gray area and set a mutual timer with the movers so that there is clarity in the final charge.

When mover (owner of company) was told that a refrigerator would need to be moved from one residence to other, then another refrigerator moved to garage, they flat out refused to begin. Stated, “it’s not going to fit”. I watched this refrigerator get delivered and all that needed to be removed were handles, which I then removed. Eventually, the fridge was moved in to truck (with no problem fitting). Once at the new residence they wouldn’t move it upstairs so my brand new refrigerator is sitting in my garage and I now have to pay someone else to move it upstairs and move the older one down to the garage. When paying by the hour I don’t believe it should matter especially considering this is a MOVING company. They disassembled my bed but talked under their breath while doing so and then when asked to reassemble did so begrudgingly. The owner also made a comment while moving my items, “looks like someone’s daughter is spoiled.” Who is he to make such a statement? Mind your own business. It was a tough day as it was, and these movers made things a lot worse. Will never recommend or use again. Also tipped them 20% which I regret because they deserved no tip at all. Very frustrating experience.
