I probably will stop buying puffs here. Constantly I get minis from here and just recently I’ve had two die on me a hour after getting them. I like jaxs but their consistency in puffs are costin customers.

Absolute SHADIEST place in Phoenix. They sold me the wrong thing and when I went back and explained they told me I had to wait for a manager for my exchange. I called the next day and explained what happened and they hung up on me. They also won't give you a receipt when you pay with a card. They are rude, totally unprofessional, and shady. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

I WAS a neighborhood customer that would come into the store all the time but now just hearing from my friend how rude the employee was at the register, I won't ever go back and won't suggest this store to any of my friends ever again! It's pretty disappointing to purchase something to not work when you get home, then all you want to do is exchange it when I turn you get yelled at all sales are final. So, great you're selling broken things!

The Affa Way

I gave these guys a bunch of chances which I never do ,by the way. I really wanted this place to be something its not which is a business that cares about its customers and treats everybody with respect and courteously. The only thing that's noteworthy about this job is their price point and it's really only a couple dollars less than you'll get anywhere else so if you like to feel as though you're wasting their time and an inconvenience to them and by all means in dolls in the couple dollars off but I'm done I will not be back here I already have two other friends that I've introduced to the shops that have experience the same sort of feelings and vibe that I've gotten without mentioning anything beforehand and those friends have only been once and never went back. I cannot stand businesses that do this because if it wasn't for us, the consumer, they would not have a business. Unless it's just it's just a front for something that is really doing Maybe I don't know but the fact is that they are totally backwards in there in their perspective because they don't want you to take a look at the inventory they don't want you to spend time in the shop because they'd rather be watching the basketball game and it's like everybody that walks into the shop and there I'd is going to steal something it took me like 7 time before I didn't have to be watched like a hawk and followed around the less than 800 square feet that is their store. It blows my mind because from me alone I've generated for them a good amount of revenue between me and my other friends but apparently that's worthless so I will take my business elsewhere,I suggest you do the same again unless you like being treated poorly. Sincere apologies Jack's for being such an inconvenience for you I'm so sorry that I spent all of 20 minutes looking at your shelves I promise never to do it again... literally I will never do it again. Also, if you don't want to close at 2 then don't close at 2 and change your stupid hours because when you say you're going to close at 2 but your clothes at 1:45 constantly it's is inconvenient to say the least... have a nice day!
