Cartel by Tatum and Shea is a very nice spot to meet friends or take a break from the office. Good coffee, attentive staff and a nice front patio. The patio is uncovered and south facing. Great for the cooler months.

Decided to give this place a try. I had the Mocha along with the poblano pepper + potato burrito. Very flavorful, well cooked, tasty.

I am in town for a few weeks, I live in Central America and I am súper picky about coffee, so I am reviewing as a specialty coffee drinker not as a regular at Starbucks. The egg and Potato burrito was amazing. However, I came for specialty coffee. I ordered one of the T4 (tier 4) roasts which is suppose to be great quality. The specific roast I got is a single origin from Burundi. Well, I drink coffee with cupping scores from 85-90 daily. Coffee wasn’t as good as a geisha but definitely better than commercial grade 😁 I actually changed my review from 4 to 5 stars while writing this review because as I started to drink more, the flavor profiles started to really brighten up.

Been wanting to try this place but it was far and they made a new location up a little north. Got the iced vanilla latte and it’s not the best. Taste alittle acidic. Couldn’t finish it so my stomach won’t hurt.
