They're amazing and they're so loving and caring if they have no openings they do they'll do they're best to help you over the phone if they can. Absolutely #1 in Maine! You can't change my mind

My wife is a friendly, loving, non-confrontational person. I read the following email she wrote: " Took my daughters ferret into Toothaker's today. They had not ordered the shot that he was supposed to get. Toothacker apologized and said no charge for today. I was like cool, stuff happens. On the way out the front desk attendant gave me a lecture about how it’s not her job to remember what the ferret needs. People we’re staring and I will never walk back in that place again!!!! I’m so glad my pets go to Burmeister. Please tell your staff that how they treat customers matters. It's too bad because I've never had problems with anyone at your clinic until today. Pete

I have always had a great experience here. The receptionist are so friendly, and I'm confident my pets get taken care of well. A big bonus is that they see exotic animals as well, I bring my chickens here as well as my cat!
