Great place to stay! Wonderful staff, very helpful. Great pool/hot tub,and laundry room. Kind of close site and loud road traffic but we are differently making this a stop for spring and fall trips! LOVE IT HERE!

Our first of several months here and it has been FANTASTIC! Great friendly people. Excellent social distancing rules but with lots of open desert areas to walk around. Close (3 miles) to Ace hardware , desert Dog kennels, and IGA food stores. Even a full woodworking shop for long term residents to build and make projects.

Great place to stop at! We stayed almost a week and everyone was so nice! Clean facilities, nice showers and bathrooms, pool and a few other things were recently remodeled. Very nice and easy atmosphere. Every one kept to themselves when we were there last October and the dog park was a great touch!

Friendly staff and maintenance staff. They gave us a welcome bag. It had maps of the area and Arizona. Menus of pizza restaurants with coupons. We had site H1 right by the road. It was nice except for the road noise. Watch out if it rains that site turns into a mud hole. Thank goodness it only rained once in the month of November. We would stay here again.

They have some open spaces. Monthly rates vary but I paid 415.00 plus electrical.

They do have units.available and rvs available to rent. Weekly and monthly I believe...

Very clean. Two showers. One shower by itself. The second shower has a commode with it.
