Great buying experience, they offered help and when I expressed I just wanted to look around they did not continue to follow me. They were knowledgeable about the products and the process was easy! Furniture was delivered within a couple days. They even answered questions for me about another piece I was looking for while in my home. Would highly recommend.

“ I Will never do business with abbots furniture, very unprofessional , very rude and disrespectful, and very unreasonable, the sales guy said that everything on the floor is brand new but as We walked around, we saw multiple yellow stains on one of the mattress’s that I took pictures of ..... while we were in there , two other separate people came and looked around and immediately left , which was also showing us red flags about abbots furniture..... we decided to leave after being treated poorly and dealing with rude unreasonable sale employees.... while we were walking out we received rude and unprofessional comments referring to us being “intoxicated” because we asked what’s the best deal they could do on some of the furniture we were looking at and they also refused to drop $99 off of the price of a couch that had screws popping up out of the wood ....... we left and went down to top furniture in Berlin nh , as soon as we walked in we all received amazing friendly service , we looked around the entire store and we did not see any bad furniture and we did Not see any stains on anything at all unlike abbots furniture in Lancaster !! Everything was reasonably priced and much much better quality!! After looking around we found a very big and very nice ASHLY SIGNATURE brand new couch that just barely got delivered there the day before !!!! we sat on the couch and we loved it !! This large and very comfy beautiful couch was also priced Under $1,000 and it was the same size couch that abbots was asking over a thousand for ! We asked the sales employee what’s the best deal they could do and we through out a fair price and they excepted our offer !!! They took $200 off of the price of this beautiful Ashley Signature couch !!! We were so impressed with how well we were treated and we were so impressed with all the reasonable prices , that we ended up buying 2 of the same large comfy beautiful Ashley Signature couches both with $200 off of the price ! !! Since they except our offer we left happily with 2 brand new Ashley signature large couch’s with $400 off !! All furniture stores ask higher then what they paid for the furniture because that’s how they make Money , but amazing friendly and reasonable furniture stores like top furniture in Berlin will gladly work with you and take money off of there price which means they are loosing money but they are gaining good customers as they want to make there customers happy and work with them !!!! We are excited to purchase more furniture at tops in Berlin !!! We will never do business with abbots in Lancaster NH!! And we will continue to spread the word to others about there bad business!

We bought a recliner and when we unboxed it when we got home we noticed it was damaged. I called and spoke to owner and he made an unpleasant situation better. He said bring it back and he would replace it. No arguing or any BS at all. I highly recommend them! Excellent selection and friendly helpful staff.
