The best place in Tucson to live! Many birding opportunities and amenities!

This is an awesome lake to visit. While the park is a bit of a maze it makes each little cul-de-sac seem like a more private picnic spot. There are many small numbered pavilions with picnic tables. Several restrooms are available throughout the park. The views simply can't be beat anywhere in Arizona. I highly recommend this wonderful park.

Close to multiple hospitals, eateries, grocery stores, outdoor activities and a safe neighborhood

This is a private community, not a public park. Very disappointing.

You have to live there.

We are trying to research communities to purchase in. We will be moving from Wisconsin but have never been to Tucson. Can I get information on this community. Like schools, shops, traffic congestion, security and things to do?

Sure thing. Schools: u have collier elementary 5 mins away. Magee middle 10 mins. Sabino and saguaro high school close. Shops: safeway, walgreens, coffee shops, clinic, dollar tree and a few more places in the plaza literally across the street. Traffic on this side is always clear. The only place thay gets congested is the city so if ur going to or from the main parts of tucson thats the congestion. But still its a smallerish city so when i say congestion its like plus 5 10 mins to ur commute. Grant and tanque verde are ur main cross streets for congestion. Security: this side of town is nice. Never had any problems in my entire life. Honestly the wildlife is probably more dangerous lolol. Couple weeks ago we found a California king snake in our backyard. Harmless little dude but this is arizona get use to the wildlife. Spiders scorpions black widows rattlesnakes coyotes foxes hogs mountain lions. Ive seen em all. This is there land we just happen to share it with them :)
