Came here with a Deal from my Cell Phone Provider for a “Free Medium Italian Sub with Any Purchase” The Person who Took My Order Appeared to be the Shift Manager in Charge I Instructed My Sandwich to Be Modified The Instructions we’re as Follow Lettuce, Tomato Onions, Black Olives and Jalapeños No Mayo with the Meats and Cheese on the Side In Separate Packages but when I Received My Sandwich I Inspected it right away and to my Finding there was Cheese in It I Immediately Spoke with the Shift Manager about it and She Erupted in Frustration with a Big Attitude Asking Me Loudly in Front of Other Customers Do You Have an Allergy I said Yes I Clearly Told You The Instructions She Immediately Denied Hearing them the Way I Described Them So She Proceeded with an Attitude Hurry scrambling all over The Place to make My Sandwich I was Like Wow Really this Manager Needs to Take a Chill apparently it Shows That she does Not like Working There it was My First Time Here and will also Be My Last

I sure wish there was a Firehouse Subs near me! First time at this location, but have had their subs a couple other times. The staff here was super friendly and helpful. The facility was nice and clean. I had the Hook and Ladder sub with the loaded baked potato soup and a drink. The sandwich was fantastic! Like, seriously good. The soup was good, but just good. Maybe a little on the bland side, but still tasty and worth getting. Honestly, you wanna know what my favorite part of this meal was? That dang dill pickle that comes on the side!!! I know that sounds a little weird, but wholly smokes was it tasty. Would definitely recommend this place. There aren't any close to me or I'd be a regular for sure. Sorry I didn't get a picture of my food. I had it mostly gone before I realized I needed to get pictures.
